I have two positive car-buying experiences with Mark Brook @ Bosak Honda! Leasing a new Accord in 2015 and purchasing a used car in May 2017. We usually buy our used cars directly from owners, but after months of searching for a used car (we were not in a hurry!) and directly after a negative experience at another dealer, we called Mark @ Bosak. After listening to what we wanted, Mark found us EXACTLY what we were looking for! Despite the age of this new-to-us purchase, Mark had the car in perfect order when we picked it up; a few extra touches that made all the difference in the world! I stopped by with a screw in my tire and was very well served by a new service advisor, Cheyenne Stevens. The work was done promptly and correctly. That is my normal experience with all of the people I deal with at Bosak Honda.

Great staff! My salesman, Jose, was fantastic! He worked with all my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted. I went to different Honda dealers prior to Bosak where the customer service was terrible, very happy with Boask's staff.

My family and I have been a long-time customers of Bosak Honda. I have almost never had a bad experience until recently when the cap was left off my oil tank after an oil change. After paying $150 for an oil and filter change, I was pretty upset to be choking on burning oil, but even more upset when I opened the hood and saw the mess. I called to complain and the service manager acknowledged the issue right away without question and offered to clean it up and re-do the oil change. When I brought the car back for the service, they recognized me immediately and took care of everything in less than 30 minutes. The team's urgency around taking care of my vehicle was greatly appreciated. Back to being a loyal customer!
