The Bosak service staff members were friendly and helpful. They set a convenient appointment to replace my driver's side airbag, which was required due to a recall. They also provided a ride to train station so i could easily get to work and they were waiting to pick me up at the train station after work. My car was ready on my return, and Bosak's pleasant, customer-friendly service came included even though there was no charge for the repair.
The people I dealt with were so cooperative and helpful, especially compared to 3 other dealerships I tried to deal with. They couldn’t do enough to make me feel welcome. Just awesome.
